David Sansone Jr.
David is a third-generation builder. David was lead Project Manager on a number of bespoke luxury residential developments and single-family homes in Greenwich, CT, as well as a mixed-use development in New Canaan, CT. , David managed multiple ongoing commercial construction projects, leading his team, interfacing directly with the clients and design teams to complete projects on time under high pressure. Notable projects include Save the Children headquarters, NBC facilities in Stamford, CT, White Plains Cancer Center and Shore & Country Beach Club, Weston’s Fire Department Station 2, Pepperidge Farm Corporate Headquarters and Birchwood Country Club.
David received his BA in Construction Management from Pratt Institute. He also studied at University of Colorado, Boulder where he also built four ground up construction homes with AGR Building. David was an active line firefighter in Darien for a number of years and currently resides in Wilton, CT, with his wife, son and daughter. In 2015 David received the distinct honor of Fairfield County’s Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award for his performance and success as a leader in the construction industry.
